For more info or to comment on our website please e-mail us. Founded in 1932 and rebuilt in 1999, Bristol Central Tennis Club is a friendly, community based Club run on a voluntary basis. It has a long history of encouraging players of all ages and abilities to play tennis.  Our 70th Anniversary was celebrated in April 2002. "Central" has existed on the same site since its foundation and although in that time there have been many changes, the friendly and informal atmosphere we pride ourselves on, has always remained. We have 4 newly laid courts all floodlit and play continues throughout the year. With a membership of around 100 players we compete in the Avon County League. New members of all standards are always welcome.   We were awarded a Lottery grant in 1998 and have a super new clubhouse with a bar and excellent changing room facilities. Players with disabilities and wheelchair users are most welcome and have easy access to the clubhouse, courts and changing facilities. We are of course affiliated to the LTA and are continuously striving to improve our facilities and offerings.
